The furthest out I see for reminding is one month. I try to get Usenet indexers on sale. They have good deals and they usually stack. If I get notified 1 month out I may have missed a sale. I'm not sure how far in advance I would look but the reminder shouldn't just be to get ready to cancel when a term is up. Either further out or an option for a custom date (after 1 month you select "custom reminder" that gives you a date picker).

Ex: I just put one in for NinjaCentral which expires in early 2027. I'm not going to add any time now because who knows if they will still be in business. But if I could put a 5-6 month reminder or a custom date I could be notified in time for black Friday 2026 deals, if I get notified 1 month out it will likely be full price.
